I connect the dots between business, technology and people with a background spanning product development, service design, digital health, and regulatory environments.

My colleagues say I'm the kind of person who brings order to chaos and occasionally resembles MacGyver (minus the mullet); highly resourceful and innovative when it matters most, with a bias for seeing things through to delivery.

My career began in nursing, where I learned the fundamentals of human-centred care and the open dialogue model. That foundation has shaped everything since: I build systems and services with the same careful attention to people that I once gave to patients.

Increasingly, my work lives where digital health meets artificial intelligence. I am a hands-on, advanced user of AI. I build agents and workflows that augment how I think and decide, not tools that decide for me. Just as importantly, I care about how AI earns its place in care: ethically, transparently and within the bounds of the AI Act, data protection and security. Technology only matters if people can trust it.

I believe in meaningful work, trusted teams and practical impact built with heart, not just process.

Core Skills

Market Intelligence → Strategy
I turn continuous market signals competitive analysis, customer insight, sector trends into coherent strategic direction. I identify white spaces before they become obvious and shape offerings that lead rather than follow.
Shaping DigiFinland's national service offering strategy through structured market intelligence and opportunity mapping.
Offering & Portfolio Development
From value proposition design to portfolio coherence, I build service offerings that resonate with public sector clients and end users alike, balancing ambition with feasibility and regulation from day one.
Led national digital health portfolio development across multiple product teams and service lines.
Structured Innovation Management
I run idea management processes that distinguish signal from noise. Assessing opportunities across incremental, breakthrough and disruptive horizons, and ensuring the best ideas reach production with speed and rigour.
Facilitated co-creation workshops that moved a new digital service from idea to production in 9 months.
Bridging Business, Tech & Regulation
My strength lies in making complex systems work together. I translate between business needs, technical realities and regulatory requirements, ensuring new services are viable, valuable and compliance-ready from the start.
As PRRC for Omaolo: MDR IIa compliance across 20+ releases in a national health platform.
Cross-Functional Alignment

Facilitated alignment across 7 product teams and 20+ stakeholders through OKRs and strategic facilitation.
Customer-Centric Value Creation

Spearheaded a customer service redesign that contributed to a +34-point NPS shift overall.
Applied & Responsible AI
AI held to the same standard as any regulated medical device: built hands-on, governed like it matters.
A PRRC mindset, hands-on building, and AI as a thinking partner.
05

AI in Practice

AI runs through how I work, but never as a replacement for judgement. I use it the way I would want any health professional to use a powerful tool: with skill, and with accountability. Responsible use is the foundation everything else is built on. The more capable the technology becomes, the more it matters that someone keeps it honest.

Responsible by design
Before AI is exciting, it has to be safe. I bring a PRRC mindset to it, holding AI to the same standard as any regulated medical device: AI Act readiness, data protection and information security are where the work begins, not where it ends. I care about who is accountable when a system gets it wrong, and I build that question into the work from the very start.
Member of the working group that authored DigiFinland's ethical guidelines for the use of AI, and engaged in the global conversation on responsible AI in health through HealthAI's international Community of Practice.
Hands-on, not hype
I do not just advise on AI, I build with it. I design agents and workflows that take the repetitive weight off my work and free up time for the thinking that actually matters. The fastest way I come to understand a technology is to ship something real with it, so that is exactly what I do.
Builds and operates custom AI agents and workflows to accelerate strategic work.
AI as a thinking partner
My most advanced use of AI is not automation, it is thinking. I have built my own strategic decision-support tool that runs complex questions through a set of deliberate reasoning filters, forcing multiple perspectives and actively countering cognitive bias before I commit to a view. AI does not make the decision for me; it makes my thinking sharper, broader and far harder to fool.
Built a personal Executive Copilot that stress-tests complex decisions through structured reasoning filters.

Because in health and social care, regulation is not a final hurdle. It is a launch pad.
